Can there be multiple scripts on one page?

Yes, there can. For now, it is necessary to download sul.js multiple times with different IDs. Then send events with the correct ID. That means ensuring and verifying that each request is sent with the correct sem_id to avoid random selection (i.e., ideally include sem_id with every event).

Do I have to implement SEM, or can I still rely on the original conversion and retargeting measurement?

If you are not affected by some of the temporary limitations of SEM, we recommend implementing SEM. It will provide many advantages and a head start over competitors. However, support for the original conversion and retargeting codes will be discontinued during 2027. We will inform you in advance about the exact date.
